⏰ Timeframe to request a return

You have up to 3 calendar days from the date of product receipt to request a return or exchange.

✅ Product conditions

• The product must be in its original, unused condition with all its accessories.
• It must retain its original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for products damaged by misuse.

📋 How to request a return

1. Contact us through our Contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours with instructions for return shipping.
3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange as appropriate.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved.

🚨 Defective products

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We cover the cost of return shipping in these cases and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
